Whale Wars Review

whale-warsI Started watching the first season of this amazing documentary at the end of last year. Now that the Second Season has just been premiered i thought it was time for a review on what it is these so called Sea Shepard’s get up to.

It’s pretty much a bunch of volunteers which follow a guy called Paul Watson who’s mission it is, to stop the Japanese killing whales. They claim that what the Japanese are doing is illegal, however the Japanese claim that they are simply whaling for Scientific Research.

The Japanese claim that they are killing the whales in the name of scientific research, which is legally allowed. On the other hand you have Paul Watson who arranges campaigns to Antarctica on his boat the Steve Irwin to stop the Japanese in any way possible.

Throughout the whole series the crew refer to themselves as Sea Shepard’s, this has caused world wide media attention due to the radical methods which Paul Watson takes, in order to stop the Japanese Whaling Fleet. Read on »

Today i went & picked up my new iPhone 3G. Since my current contract has just come to an end & recently destroyed my iPod i thought why not kill to birds with 1 stone, so to speak.

Prison Break Finale

prisonbreak

As stated in a previous post a few weeks ago Prison Break is coming to an end after 4 seasons. We all thought it was a bit weired how Season 4 ended how it did.

I personally can see why FOX have decided not to contract it for another season, it just seems to of lost what it had in the 1st season.

Well anyway it’s now been confirmed that Season 4 will contine up until Episode 24. Lets just hope that they will end it well, so we can remember Prison Break as being one of the top shows that it is.

Apple has debuted 4 new ads in its “Get a Mac” campaign on broadcast and cable television networks across the U.S. The new ads take direct aim at Microsoft Windows and the various woes it inflicts upon its sufferers. The “Biohazard Suit” spot targets Windows’ inherent insecurity, rampant viruses, worms, and other assorted malware. “Legal Copy” highlights the fact that every Windows boast requires extensive legal disclaimers and qualifiers. “Stacks” explains iPhoto’s facial recognition capabilities; sounds expensive, but it’s free with every Mac. In “Time Traveler,” PC takes a trip into the future to the year 2150 to see how Windows works. It still doesn’t. Read on »
